Good for now

I like that it has glycemic load. Other apps claim to, but don't. I gladly paid for the ad free version. I'm hoping in the future the developer will add real portion sizes. A lot of foods default to 100 grams, but they're not foods that are sold in grams. I spend a lot of times looking up conversions and doing math. I think there's a lot of potential here, refining the portion sizes would make it a lot better.

Great app for new diabetics

Love being able to look up what the glycemic “numbers” are for foods. It’s definitely a useful tool!

Incomplete

I’d love to jump in and use this app but basic foods are missing. If I have to load common foods (like blueberries) I could just make my own list/app. Also, I’d like to use Imperial measurements. Even though I’ve chosen this option I am still required to input foods in metric measurements. And I can find no ‘help’ file to assist me. I’m frustrated with the amount of money I spent on this app.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered while using the app. Blueberries should indeed be included in the app's database, so I apologize for any inconvenience if you weren't able to find them.

Regarding the measurements, I understand your frustration. I want to assure you that I am actively working on implementing the option to use Imperial measurements, and I appreciate your patience in the meantime. Please note that while you may have selected the Imperial option, some sections of the app may still require input in metric measurements. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

If you need further assistance or have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me directly through the app or via email. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'm here to help.
